  • Provide drug information and guidance to healthcare teams on appropriate and cost-effective drug therapy.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in hospital pharmacy, with a focus on IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling.
  • Excellent organizational, accuracy, quality, and quantity of work, with a strong attendance record.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
