As a Care Assistant Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing support to help individuals learn, maintain, and improve daily living skills.
You will work closely with our team to implement activities while maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive environment for Individuals. You will also be responsible for monitoring medication intake when necessary and submitting accurate and complete progress notes on a daily basis.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of verifiable direct care experience with MH/IDD patients. Additionally, you must possess valid CPR/First Aid Certification, a valid Driver's License, and personal reliable transportation.
