The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson seeks an accomplished Classroom Educator - Diocesan Mission to join our esteemed team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate educator to support the mission of fostering lay leadership in the Roman Catholic Church. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and a proven track record of delivering exceptional educational experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the unique Catholic Mission of the School by speaking, acting, and instructing consistent with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
  • Liaise with school administration to ensure seamless integration of Catholic values into the curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative school environment.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Teacher with the State of Arizona.
  • Level I of the Diocesan Ministry Certification with renewal every three years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within the Diocese.
