About the Role:- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
