Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Jushi. As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all areas of the facility.
  • Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement a master sanitation schedule to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain and repair facility cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Clean and stock restroom supplies throughout the workday.
  • Respond to spills and clean up kitchen areas.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Notify site leadership of any facility issues or concerns.
  • Collect and dispose of trash daily.
  • Ensure all trash cans are clean and maintained at the end of each business day.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Serve as liaison for contract cleaning services as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage inventory levels.
  • Ability to ensure Environmental Health and Safety requirements are met for personnel and storage of cleaning products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for documentation purposes.
