Role Responsibilities:
Key Duties:
- Identify and engage healthcare providers to fulfill job openings for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Assess and qualify candidates through effective communication methods to evaluate their skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and willingness to travel for assignments.
- Collaborate with clients to secure new job opportunities and maintain communication regarding ongoing needs.
- Coordinate closely with credentialing teams to ensure the timely completion and submission of necessary documentation.
- Negotiate compensation and benefits for each candidate presented, providing education on the locum tenens sector as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with providers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Address any challenges or concerns that may arise related to assignments or credentialing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to successfully place providers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Strong determination to meet objectives and overcome challenges.

- Previous sales experience is preferred.
