Role Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
  • Identify and engage healthcare providers to fulfill job openings for both temporary and permanent roles.
  • Assess and qualify candidates through effective communication methods to evaluate their skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and willingness to travel for assignments.
  • Collaborate with clients to secure new job opportunities and maintain communication regarding ongoing needs.
  • Coordinate closely with credentialing teams to ensure the timely completion and submission of necessary documentation.
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits for each candidate presented, providing education on the locum tenens sector as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with providers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Address any challenges or concerns that may arise related to assignments or credentialing processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to successfully place providers.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
