Job Responsibilities:
Foster the growth of team members by sharing technical and product knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert. Assist the Senior Store Manager in training store personnel. Encourage a coaching culture by providing insights on enhancing customer interactions and boosting sales skills. Meet or surpass store financial objectives through effective customer service and operational excellence. Ensure adherence to product merchandising, marketing, and point-of-purchase standards within the store. Comply with Mattress Firm protocols for product transfers to maintain accurate inventory documentation.About Mattress Firm
