**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

**Requirements:**

* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Colorado
* Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
