ResponsibilitiesAs a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with Matrix Medical Network, you will conduct home risk assessments, review medical histories, and provide health education to individuals in need. You will work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes, skilled nursing facilities, and telehealth environments. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose the hours that work best for you.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in a relevant field, current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and board certification in a Matrix-approved specialty. You will also need to have a strong understanding of EMR software and excellent communication skills.
