**Competitive Salary:** $58,000 - $78,000 per year.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

• Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish and vegetables.
• Inspecting the quality of product used to prepare sushi dishes.
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.
• Greeting and having guest interaction.

• Prior sushi experience is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability.
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes is considered an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
