Job Overview

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Shift Leader will include:
  1. Serving as a point of contact for customers and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Managing and supervising store crews to ensure they perform their job responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
  3. Counting money and making change accurately and efficiently.
  4. Utilizing basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  5. Communicating tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and guests both verbally and in writing.

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
