Key Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering oral, inhalation, and topical medications to patients

  • Taking vital signs
  • Assisting the Charge Nurse in delivering patient care
  • Stocking medication carts and ensuring regular rounds by STNAs

Above all, you will be expected to foster an environment of warmth and empathy, contributing to a calm atmosphere throughout the unit.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
