Assembly Technician

At Trane Technologies, we're challenging what's possible for a sustainable world. As an Assembly Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, working on various production lines to assemble parts and sub-assemblies. This is a Union Hourly position, and you'll be required to work any shift, including overtime, to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use power pneumatic and hand tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
• Operate fork trucks and hoists to move materials and equipment around the plant.
• Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line in the plant, following predetermined methods and sequences.
Additional Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not necessary.
• You'll be required to work 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts, with a primary need for 2nd and weekend shifts.
