Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect facilities periodically to identify potential issues and develop maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in the coordination of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair, including experience with electrical, painting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CMRP or HVAC are preferred.
