As a PCT, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients.

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care, focusing on individualized attention and support to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
* Conduct routine checks on patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including vital signs and hemodialysis machine setup.
* Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
* Physical and mental stamina to work long hours, often standing and lifting patients as needed.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
