We are seeking a skilled Tire Installation Specialist to join our team at Andy & Daves Garage Inc. This role involves providing excellent customer service by identifying the needs of customers and assisting them with selecting the right tires.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Tire Installation Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and installing tires, performing tire rotations and balancing, and following safety procedures set forth by the company.

Tire Inspection and Installation Skills

• Conduct thorough tire inspections to ensure safety and driveability
• Perform tire rotations and balancing to extend tire life and improve vehicle performance
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

Customer Service Skills

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers in selecting the right tires based on their specific needs and preferences

Required Qualifications

• Some professional experience removing and installing tires is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
