Key Duties
  • Execute inventory movements in accordance with established processes and procedures, ensuring proper ESD handling to maintain product integrity.
  • Prevent incorrect materials from being passed downstream by adhering to accurate stocking and labeling practices. Report any actual or potential quality concerns for corrective action.
  • Effectively manage time and resources to guarantee timely processing of materials, adhering to standard times under direct supervision.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts as directed.
  • Open incoming packages, review packing slips, and verify product counts upon receipt.
  • Package, crate, bundle, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Process regular shipments and receive deliveries into the system.
  • Identify and remove obsolete materials from the warehouse, both physically and within the system.
Qualifications
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and report deviations to supervisors.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues from various departments.
  • Capability to learn electronic component identification.
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to operate a reel counter and scale.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn about shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling processes.
