Mazda Technician

We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team at Tom Bush Regency Motors BMW & Mini. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and repair work on Mazda vehicles, as well as maintaining shop equipment and participating in a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Execute diagnostic and repair work on Mazda vehicles under the supervision of our shop foreman.
• Perform maintenance and safety inspections on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency.
• Participate in a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Detail and document repairs consistently and concisely.
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacement as required.

• Compensation: Our technician pay is based on a flat-rate system.
• Flexible Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with every third Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

• You will be working out of our Tom Bush Regency Motors BMW & Mini facility at 9876 Atlantic Boulevard.
• Your supervisor will be our Service Manager, Arsen Naumenko, with nearly 10 years of automotive experience.

• Prior technician experience is required.
• Knowledge of shop equipment is necessary.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license and clean drug screening.
