Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our hospital-based team as a staff RN. You will utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. The successful candidate will prioritize patient care by delegating, delivering, and evaluating ongoing nursing care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities:- Prioritize patient care by organizing tasks, delegating duties, and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of nursing education and experience to deliver high-quality care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years from hire date. Advanced degrees in Nursing are preferred. You must also hold a Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement, along with current BLS certification and certifications as required by facility or department.
