Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients on the functionalities of SharePoint and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Implement records management principles based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute a cohesive user-friendly interface.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and organizational design guidelines.
  • Address security concerns and provide solutions to customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Adhere to established standards and processes set by the organization.
  • Create a SharePoint Records Center utilizing retention labels to enforce retention policies, manage file plans, and develop streamlined workflows.
  • Ensure that solutions align with existing security protocols and guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate significant architectural issues that may impact design and implementation.
  • Engage regularly with subject matter experts to gather insights and feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions and educational workshops as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint and/or web development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UI design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX design.
  • 3 years of experience in developing custom SharePoint solutions.
  • Proficient in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center.
  • Skilled in SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library setup, view creation, and metadata management.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint in the context of records management and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365 platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a relevant field.
  • Certification in Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration.
  • Box Certified Professional certification.
