Job Title: Security QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Security QA Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Security QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and security of our web-based products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of headers, cookies, DNS, WAF, and bot security. You will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our web-based products, creating and maintaining test cases and test plans, executing manual and automated tests, identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and issues, and collaborating with the development team to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities
  • Test and ensure the quality of our web-based products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience with manual and automated testing within a security domain
  • Strong understanding of headers, cookies, DNS, WAF, and bot security
  • Experience with automation tools like Postman and Cypress
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools
  • Experience with web-based products
  • Familiarity with web security best practices and standards
