Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Packaging Associate, you will play a vital role in assembling gift boxes filled with quality products. This position offers a structured schedule and a supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
- Folding boxes and placing summer sausage links, crackers, and mustard dipping sauce inside.
- Labeling and packaging finished products.
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a first shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no weekend work required unless production demands it.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is $18.00, with weekly paychecks issued every Friday. Employees can earn Reward Points for perfect attendance and service anniversaries.
Benefits:
Upon conversion to a permanent role, you will be eligible for additional benefits, including:
- Increased pay rate of $20.00/hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 401k Plan
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must:
- Be able to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
- Lift, push, and pull weights of up to 40-50 pounds.
- Bend, twist, stoop, and reach as necessary for daily tasks.
- Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination.
- Be available for overtime as needed based on production requirements.
