Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL driver to join our team. As a Class A CDL driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods across the country, adhering to strict time schedules and delivery deadlines.
  • Ensure the safety and security of goods during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation, including logs and manifests.
  • Interact with clients and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Process bills of lading and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL license with at least 6 months of experience in the last 12 months.
  • No speeding tickets exceeding 15 MPH in the last year.
  • No careless or reckless driving charges in the last year.
  • A valid medical card and physical.
  • A valid driver's license (Class A CDL).
  • A clear driving record, with no DUI convictions in the last 3 years.

Benefits:

  • Average pay of $1,500 to $1,800 per week.
  • Weekly home time, with a reset of 34 hours one week and 48 hours the next week.
  • Mostly drop and hook operations.
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401K and company-paid life insurance.
  • Newer trucks, with most trucks no older than 2.5 years old.
  • A contract with Penske, ensuring drivers are not stuck on the side of the road.
  • Paid orientation, with room and breakfast and dinner covered.
  • A pet policy with no breed or weight restrictions.
  • A rider policy that starts immediately after hire.

Orientation: Our orientation process is designed to be efficient and effective, with only 3 days required. We provide our Class A CDL drivers with travel to orientation, and cover room and breakfast and dinner.
