Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute on-site maintenance tasks, including tire replacements, electrical troubleshooting, engine overhauls, and welding projects.
  • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and provide accurate work estimates.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding service updates with drivers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a technical degree in diesel mechanics or a related discipline, or have at least one year of experience as a diesel technician.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and meet the company's driving record criteria.
  • Have a valid DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic welding capabilities are preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Must provide personal tools within 30 days of hire.
