Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Interventional Radiology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology principles and practices, with experience in operating radiology equipment and providing patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiology equipment, including radiographic machines, fluoroscopic machines, and interventional radiology associated equipment.
  • Provide patient care, including positioning patients, explaining procedures, and providing radiation protection.
  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including handling equipment and preparing procedure trays.
  • Maintain a sterile field and follow departmental procedures for sterile technique.
  • Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited ARRT eligible educational program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to operate computer systems to manage patient information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
