Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation.
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of our products.
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
