Residential Property Development Coordinator

DASMEN Residential is seeking a skilled Property Development Coordinator to oversee various initiatives related to property development, maintenance, and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year of Real Estate experience or start-up experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in office management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for liaising with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and clients.
- A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
