Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage life support equipment, such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
- Meticulously document medication administration and patient progress.
- Assist in emergency nursing procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Active RN license.
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS & ACLS certification.
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
