We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at DCS Corp. This exciting opportunity will provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB).

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system acquisition and program management. They will be responsible for managing multiple international efforts and traveling CONUS and OCONUS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and support various division briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with senior officers, overseas support teams, and international clients.
  • Manage program acquisition reviews, IMP/IMS reviews, and other high-level meetings.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems related to FMS-specific peculiarities, such as interface with SAF/IA, AFSAC, DSCA, AFLCMC/WFNFM, and FDO.
  • Maintain accurate records of LOA data, including manpower requirements.
  • Arrange and manage overseas travel arrangements, problem resolution, and employee safety.
  • Represent the program office at HQ and other HB Divisions/outside organizations.
  • Prepare and support various program office activities, meetings, and case reviews.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to customer-related requirements.
  • A minimum of 16 years of experience in a technical/professional discipline, with 5 years in the DoD or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Holding an active Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of FMS programs.
  • Familiarity with support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, recommending viable solutions to problems, and pursuing alternative courses of action.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, and plans).
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearBenefits and Compensation
