Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and transporting patients to and from exams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including documenting patient interactions, medications, and treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Less than one year of previous job-related experience required; 1-2 years of experience preferred.
