Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ely Manor. As a Nurse Leader, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Supervise and Mentor: Supervise and mentor our team of LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other caregivers to ensure high-quality care is provided.
  • Medication Management: Safely and accurately administer medications to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct regular assessments of our residents' health and document their progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Certifications and Training: CPR certification and any other required certifications or training.
