Financial Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our team at Quality Staffing Services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the correctness of financial reporting, reviewing accounting records, and compiling supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in engagement planning and risk evaluation
• Gather supporting documentation and complete tests to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
• Maintain a constructive working rapport with clients
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet project and client deadlines

Requirements:

• Entry-level to mid-level experience in accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
• Results-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and sharp attention to detail
• Dedicated and dependable
• Strong work ethic

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday, in-office schedule with extended hours during tax season paid at overtime rates. Fridays off from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
