POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Production Associate will play a vital role in preparing and disassembling classrooms and events, managing inventory records, ensuring cleanliness of program spaces and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to presenters, their assistants, and attendees. This position demands strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

The Production Associate is an essential member of the Production team, and no prior experience is required as we are committed to training the right individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and dismantle programs, events, and meetings
  • Communicate effectively with faculty, presenters, assistants, and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of program spaces and work areas
  • Receive and organize supplies and equipment
  • Support supervisors and leads by reporting on shift activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Adapt to new technologies
  • Provide assistance for special projects
