About the Role

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize store layouts and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements
  • Reside within 20 miles of Snyder, TX
