Reservation Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Reservationist will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with the Front Desk team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist with special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
