Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing anesthesia care team. As a CRNA, you will work in a wide variety of locations and specialties, including our 47 ORs, out-of-OR locations, OB, and surgi-center in Foxborough.

Responsibilities- Have knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology as related to anesthesia.
- Possess a strong sense of initiative and perseverance in the completion of tasks; ability to take ownership and responsibility for activities.
- Possess skills to work efficiently, effectively, and safely, and to strive to do so in all aspects of the position.
- Have the ability to utilize appropriate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to work effectively with clinicians, administrators, and other professionals.
- Have cultural competence and compassion for the patient.
- Graduation from a program of Nurse Anesthesia education accredited by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or its predecessor.
- Masters is required. Doctorate highly preferred.
- Certification by the Council on Certification or recertification by the Council on Recertification or their respective predecessors.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Requesting laboratory/diagnostic studies
- General anesthesia and adjuvant drugs
- Regional/neuraxial anesthesia placement and monitoring
- Sedation techniques
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation management
- Invasive and non-invasive placement and monitoring inclusive of CVC and PACs
- Airway management techniques
- Mechanical ventilation/oxygen therapy
- Blood, blood products, plasma expanders
- Peripheral intravenous/arterial catheter placement
- Acute and chronic pain therapy
- Post anesthesia care/discharge
