We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ashley, DE for the 2024-2025 school year.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced RBT to provide individualized support to a 4th-grade elementary student. The ideal candidate will have a background in school settings and be committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a student with a caseload of 1:1 support
  • Work directly within the school environment
  • Collaborate with the student's educational team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • DE RBT Certification required
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
