Job Summary

The Service Technician is a critical member of our team, responsible for operating a company service truck and driving to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role is the backbone of our business, requiring a high level of safety awareness, customer service skills, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8-point service standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service interaction on customer work sites.
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet requirements.

Salary Range

$15.50 – $25.50 / hour

Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
