Job Summary

Fiesta Mart LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all areas of the store, including floors, restrooms, and break rooms, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty and replace trash bags, and ensure that recycling bins are properly sorted and emptied.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and report any issues with cleaning equipment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working a varied and irregular schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The working environment involves working inside and outside the store, with exposure to weather conditions.
