As a CVOR Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiovascular surgeries, including open heart cases, CABG, and valve surgeries
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety during procedures, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in CVOR, with a focus on open heart cases, CABG, and valve surgeries
  • Ability to first scrub and participate in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
  • Current BLS and CST certifications, with the ability to obtain NCCT certification
