**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Key responsibilities include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy sessions.

**Requirements**

**Work Schedule**

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-4:30pm, no weekends.
