Welder/Fabricator

At Mid-State Machine, we are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in our fabrication shop. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for joining metal components together using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various welding equipment and tools.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Experience with GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW 3G Vertical.
• Carbon and Stainless-Steel experience required.

Work Environment:

• The fabrication shop is a fast-paced, industrial environment with frequent exposure to moving equipment and machines.
• Must be able to work accurately and with precision in a non-climate controlled environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods and frequently walk through the shop.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs.
