Framer Position

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Framer to join our team. As a Custom Framer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom picture frames, art, and needlework pieces for our customers.

• Design and create custom picture frames, art, and needlework pieces using various materials and techniques.
• Ensure all frames are properly assembled, finished, and meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health standards.
• Meet production deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in fine arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in custom picture framing, art, or needlework.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of framing software.
