Job Title: Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. You will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers. You may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Contract Details:

* 13-week contract with possibility of extension
* $1,980 – $2,166 per week

Requirements:

* Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
* Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
* BLS
* Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist
