Job Overview

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing incoming claims, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining efficient file management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform claim review and data hygiene to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage the intake and output of files, handling communication regarding questions, discrepancies, and errors.
  • Identify and resolve bugs or errors in the production environment.
  • Review data trends and communicate findings to internal and external teams.
  • Perform data entry of itemized bills and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Healthcare background a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
