Job Description

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, administering medication, and providing education to patients and their families.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting a positive and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
