Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
- Assist in the daily routines of the ultrasound department, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to perform interventional procedures and coordinate the daily schedule.
- Comply with professional and ethical standards of the American Association of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
- Graduate of an accredited US program and registered with ARDMS or registry eligible.
- Current BLS certification.
- Fluency in scanning all aspects of ultrasound, including OB/GYN, breast, venous, arterial, abdomen, pelvis, soft tissue, and TV/interventional procedures.
- Ability to work holidays per hospital schedule and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum 1 year of US experience in a variety of US exams (OB, venous, arterial, abdomen, breast, interventional procedures).
- 2-3 years of experience in a variety of US exams.
