**Job Summary**

As a Warehouse Worker at Spherion, you will be responsible for selecting items based on order invoices and moving them to a location for packing. You will also arrange items in shipping containers, labeling and boxing them, and stacking them safely and securely. Additionally, you will check items for damage and perform quality control assessments. Your tasks will also include scanning barcodes to record activity, moving and sorting goods and materials, including packages to the correct location for shipping. You will use forklifts, pallet wrappers, and dolly loaders to perform your duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Basic math skills and ability to count inventory
