MedAdventures is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our largest Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the Scranton, PA area.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $55.00.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching and continuing education credits.
- A flexible schedule with Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
