Job Description:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Domino's Pizza LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing store operational costs, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of our team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Store Operational Costs: Monitor food and labor costs, maintain goals to ideal, and utilize team training programs to improve efficiencies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: WOW customers, apologize, give them what they want, give them something extra, and achieve company service goals.
  • Enforce Safety and Security Standards: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards, communicate to GM and DM when safety/security issues arise, and complete incident reports/statements within 24 hours.
  • Training and Development: Cross-train all duties/functions/positions, modify training to meet individual needs, and execute all existing training systems.
  • Sales Building/Local Store Marketing: Develop relationships with local communities and businesses, implement and utilize active local store marketing, and ensure 100% box-topping of promotional and now hiring material.
  • Maintain Effective Communication: Attend and engage in monthly store meetings, attend and engage in weekly meetings with management team, and communicate national promotions to team members.
  • Maintain Properly Staffed Store: Communicate and drive career progression to encourage team member retention & advancement, develop great team members, and adhere to One PIEs staffing goals.
  • Uphold Policies and Standards: Ensure adherence to all One PIE / Domino's standards, utilize tools given to monitor standards, and provide a harassment-free work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
